Responsibilities :
- Sourcing potential vendor
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
- Provide purchase order, Quotation
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering
- Having experiences minimum 1 years as purchasing
- Having good knowledge handle machine & spare parts for manufacture
- Having good knowledge in SAP System is a plus
- Preferably able to speak Mandarin
- Willing to be placed in Kebon Sirih-Jakarta Pusat
